About Downingtown Asphalt

Downingtown Asphalt is located in Downingtown at Boot Road and Quarry Road and is easily accessible from West Chester, Exton and Coatesville.  All HMI asphalt plants including Downingtown are fully automated with a test lab for Quality Control and PennDOT approval.

Recently supplied projects include the Route 30 By-Pass surface treatment, the Route 100 reconstruction in Eagle, Pennsylvania, and the expansion of Henderson High School in West Chester.

Besides being a PennDOT approved hot mix asphalt producer, we can also provide porous asphalt for pervious pavement applications including parking lots and driveways for effective storm water management.

Recycling – Clean asphalt, including unused hot mix, breakup and millings will be accepted at Downingtown at no charge.  We have limited space available and loads are subject to inspection.
