The Malvern Asphalt plant is located on Route 29, just north of Route 202 in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and is easily accessible to the rapidly growing areas of King of Prussia, Phoenixville and West Chester.
Our McCarter batch asphalt plant is capable of producing over 300 tons per hour. This facility is ideal for your next PennDOT, commercial or residential paving project. Recent projects supplied by Malvern Asphalt include a storm water management project at Chestnut Hill Academy using a pervious asphalt mix, the new West Vincent Elementary School and numerous local municipal roadway programs.
Highway Materials, Inc. also has a Specialty Products Division where you can purchase tools and miscellaneous items for the paving industry.
Recycling– Clean asphalt, including unused hot mix, breakup and millings will be accepted at Malvern at no charge. We have limited space available and loads are subject to inspection.
