Formerly operated by the Corson family, Plymouth Meeting Quarry is the oldest continuously operated quarry in the United States. Plymouth Meeting has been a center of limestone production since colonial times and kilns may still be seen on nearby Germantown Pike. Our limestone is an ideal and sought-after honey beige color and is used as modified and clean stone for heavy and highway construction. It is also used for agricultural lime and other purposes. Plymouth Meeting Quarry is conveniently located where the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Northeast Extension and Blue Route (Rte 476) come together.
