T. D. P. S. Materials is an asphalt plant located for many years in the heart of Philadelphia. This busy plant is vital to the infrastructure of the city, providing paving material for city streets and airport runways, and parking lots. We are a drum mix plant, capable of producing over 500 tons per hour with a 600 ton storage capacity, meaning consistent material, quick loading, short waits, and high volume.
TDPS operates a concrete crushing plant at this location. This crushed material is used for PennDOT approved 2A for subbase used under asphalt and concrete. Clean broken concrete (no steel) will be accepted for recycling. Loads are subject to inspection.
Used asphalt is also recycled at this plant. Clean asphalt, including unused hot mix, breakup and millings will be accepted at no charge. Loads are subject to inspection.
T. D. P. S. Materials is centrally located in Philadelphia on 2nd Street just a mile south of US Route 1 (Roosevelt Boulevard).
